John Poitevent
Principal/Consultant
John has a passion to help people and organizations discover the fullness of their unique potential. For over 20 years he has worked in a variety of roles with non-profits and churches, ranging from helping the homeless to spiritual formation, addiction recovery and global missions.
His creative vision helps push teams beyond their current limitations to discover new possibilities and experience breakthroughs.
In his free time John loves the great outdoors. You can find him hiking, skiing, kayaking, fishing, golfing or on his jet ski. Or working on his jet ski :-(

Leigh Liebmann
Creative Director
Leigh is a writer, artist, designer and creative visionary. She holds a high value on beauty while placing a higher priority on relationships. A desire to bridge the gap between the key elements of thoughtful design and the art of human connection is what sets her apart.
From large-scale events to intimate gatherings, Leigh’s experience has given her the ability to cast vision, run with ideas and make beauty come to life. A strategic thinker with a ‘can do’ spirit, her services include writing, environmental design, project/event management and art direction.

Andy Kutach
Data Capture
Working quietly in the back of the room, Andy captures all relevant content from a meeting. Speaker slides, white board work, quotes, books, websites and anything mentioned that would be of value. Every minute of our meetings are captured and digitally archived for future use.
Andy is also a husband, father of foster dad, an avid road cyclist, often riding 30-50 miles a day.
Keith Young
Visual Scribe
Keith has an extraordinary ability to "scribe" ideas, as they are spoken, artistically through images and words. In real time he creates a unique piece of art that visually captures a speaker’s message.
Keith's talents go far beyond his artwork. He has served in leadership with churches as well as working extensively with non-profits like Cru, Promise Keepers and Leadership Network.
Keith is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Asian-American History.
